Well, coming back from Barcelona on Tuesday, it was a short week, though one full of work. The Londonist posts for the week:

- Pigeon Promotion Takes Over Leicester Square: 5,000 paper pigeons released for a promotion for an art exhibit.
- Madge Mouths Off About London Traffic: Madonna wants to make some changes to the congestion charge.
