Jet lag, Early Sunsets and Feeling Like I Missed a Day

Today–Saturday–I’m feeling like my jet lag has really caught up to me. I thought I was fine since I’ve been going to bed and waking up at semi-normal hours, but today I ended up sleeping in until 3 p.m.!

I got up, still groggy, by 3:15, and checked me email and chatted with Evan a bit, since he’s at work. I made myself some breakfast, and lo and behold–it was dark outside. I’d love to go to the gym, but it closed at 4, and I’m still considering going on a little run to try and wake myself up, but it is totally dark outside.

Hopefully I’ll be on a more normal schedule soon. At least there’s still time to go out to dinner.
